Conversion of human and social capital in corporations: trans-regional studies on the example of Russian, Chinese and European corporations

Abstract
Annotation. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the conversion of two forms of capital – human and social in the conditions of private corporations in Russia, China, and Spain. In theoretical studies, the problem of conversion is shown as a key synergistic moment of creating profits and rents. Based on the analysis of a number of methodological positions, a method is constructed that allows us to assess the degree of connections that characterize the conversion in the value dimension. The value networks of employees of corporations in Russia, China, and Spain allowed us to draw generalizing conclusions about the options for converting human and social capital: 1. Unity-harmony of capitals; 2. Differentiation-disharmony of capitals; 3. Various ratios of unity/differentiation of capitals. The empirical material shows a significant difference in the characteristics of the conversion of human and social capital of Russians, Chinese and Spaniards according to the following criteria: in the value networks of respondents; in the weight characteristics of indicators, in the specific manifestation of generalizing criteria.
