New stylistic elements in Lo Pu’s novel “The eminent woman”

Abstract. The article considers new sitilistic elements in Lo Pu's novel "The Eminent Woman". The `author` expresses his political views, expresses the desire for democracy and freedom, exposes the backwardness of the feudal autocracy, uses the story to enlighten folk wisdom. The novel "The Eminent Woman" refers to many of the advanced political forms and lifestyles in Western society that brought a breath of fresh air to the closed China of the late Qing Dynasty.
